the way to use WebQuest.

Question part 1.

Kinect, originally known by the code name Project Natal, is a motion sensing input device by Microsoft for the Xbox 360 video game console. Based around a webcam-style add-on peripheral for the Xbox 360 console, it enables users to control and interact with the Xbox 360 without the need to touch a game controller, through a natural user interface using gestures and spoken commands. The project is aimed at broadening the Xbox 360's audience beyond its typical gamer base. Kinect competes with the Wii Remote Plus and PlayStation Move with PlayStation Eye motion controllers for the Wii and PlayStation 3 home consoles, respectively. A version for Windows will be released in Early 2012.

Question part 2.

( A ). WebQuest:

It is a program in which we can draw whatever we want to make beautiful designs rather than looking for it and is also program that user’s mind is satisfied.

( B ). The attributes of WebQuest contain at least the following factors.

(1). Introduction:

WebQuest introduction consists of setting the stage and providing some background information. It describes why WebQuest is, thoughts about WenQuest, and WebQuest news. And then it explains the following question too—(1). What the components of WebQuest are, where I can find out more information on what a WenQuest is, where I can find out about writing on own WebQuest, and how I can make sure my sites valid are. These are attributes WebQuest introduction.

(2). Task:

It is a expressing of the end of my PowerPoint presentation we will have done.

(3). Process:

The Process in a WebQuest is a component running through the title ‘task’ including with strategies for dividing the task into subtasks, descriptions of roles to be played or perspectives to be taken by each learner. And it is the place used by the instructor to provide learning advice and interpersonal process advice.

(4). Evaluation:

By using WebQuest it can help those who want to use their time as efficiently as possible when they find the time to enter online to explore if they are like most educators. This is evaluation in WebQuest.

(5). Conclusion:

The conclusion of WebQuest is a section to summarize what we present. It is also something to encourage reflection about the process and to extent what was learned. And it is a good thing to suggest questions used by the teacher in whole class discussion to debrief a lesson.

(6). Credits:

It is a reference of article or presentation we write down. WebQuest Credits indicate to the resources of everything like music, image and text we are using in the presentation.

( C ). Backward Design of WebQuest is something that learners make faculty as the instructional design process with their favored lectures, activities, and textbooks rather than designing the learning activities based on targeted goals or standards. Backward Design consists of the following three steps—(1). Establish Curricular Priorities, (2). Determine acceptable evidence, and (3). Plan learning Experiences and Instruction. (Wiggins, G. & McTighe, J. 1998).

( D ). We may edit and design my WebQuest from my homepage such as hyperlink, photo, image, movies and so on and whatever we are interesting in. when we have done, we have to save. When we publish my Webquest, we have to tow options, Although it might sound complicated first, the process of publishing my Webquest is very easy to understand and complete. As publishing status, we have to click on the following section as yes—Webquest Title page, introduction, Tasks, process, Evaluation, Conclusion, Teachers page. And then we continue click “publish anyway”.

( E ). To find qualify link for the WebQuest, there are five areas until from task 1 to 5. In the task 1, there are three steps. They are (1) Travel (2). Lodging and (3) Dining. For each category we will have to weigh two options. As task 2, we will find the directions for our specific category and record the calculations in our part of the spreadsheet. For the task 3 we must have group to discuss our activity choices and total the amount that have been spent on travel, lodging, and dining so far. For the task, now that we have returned home, each member will write a letter to a friend who wasn’t able to make it on our trip. For task 5, each group member has written a letter, ask our teacher for a group evaluation slip.
